Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. However, during busier periods such a special sale events and the festive season, we may take up to 5 days to prepare your order.

On the occasion that the incorrect address was filled in at the checkout, please email us ASAP and include your order number and the right address so that we can manually correct this for you. However, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your address in time so we urge you to check all information before placing your order.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. After this time frame, no modifications can be made.

Shipping times depend on your location as well as other factors such as the season or sale periods. Although we cannot provide any guaranteed dates, these are the estimated shipping times:

• UK: 1-3 working days
• Europe: 5-10 working days
• Rest of the world: 7-21 working days

If it is passed the estimated delivery time frame and your order hasn’t arrived, then please wait an extra 5 working days. This allows the postal service time to reroute any mail back to us in the rare case that the item was undeliverable. If your order is still yet to be delivered after this time, then please get in contact with us so we can chase this up.
