What are your greeting cards made from?
As major perfectionists, we spent many many years (and way too much money) experimenting to find the best quality card to offer in our store and we couldn’t be happier with our final choice. All of our cards are printed on 300gsm ultra pearlescent photography paper that has been specifically created to display the highest definition prints and the most vibrant colours. It is coated with a shiny protective resin that almost glitters, making the cards ideal as keep-sake prints too!
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are made from premium glossy vinyl and are water resistant. This means that they will survive a few splashes of water, but they sadly cannot be submerged in liquid as the ink may run.

Do you offer any discounts?
We do! If you haven't shopped with us before then you can enjoy 20% off your first order using the code: THANKYOU20.
You can also earn points which can be exchanged for money off vouchers by becoming a Doodle Sheep Studios club member. It's free to sign up! All you need to do is hit the 'Earn Rewards' button at the bottom right of the page.
When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. However, during busier periods such a special sale events and the festive season, we may take up to 5 days to prepare your order.
Oops! I used the wrong shipping address.
On the occasion that the incorrect address was filled in at the checkout, please email us at doodlesheepstudios@gmail.com ASAP and include your order number and the right address so that we can manually correct this for you. However, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to adjust your address in time so we urge you to check all information before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. After this time frame, no modifications can be made.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times depend on your location as well as other factors such as the season or sale periods. Although we cannot provide any guaranteed dates, these are the estimated shipping times:
• UK: 1-3 working days
• Europe: 5-10 working days
• Rest of the world: 7-21 working days
I haven’t received my order!
If it is passed the estimated delivery time frame and your order hasn’t arrived, then please wait an extra 5 working days. This allows the postal service time to reroute any mail back to us in the rare case that the item was undeliverable. If your order is still yet to be delivered after this time, then please get in contact with us so we can chase this up.
